This Refund and Return Policy applies to purchases made through https://rajarataayurveda.lk, operated by Rajarata Ayurveda Oushada Samagama (Pvt) Ltd.
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- The product is damaged at the time of delivery
- An incorrect product has been delivered
To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are not eligible for return:
- Opened or used products
- Products with damaged or missing original packaging
- Products returned after the applicable return period
Return Process
If you believe your order qualifies for a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and provide:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product where applicable
Returns without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.
